• Payments: A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, with the balance due on or before the day of the scheduled event or session.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 2 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made within 1 day of the event.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided only in cases where Marry Lynch Photography cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Copyright Ownership: All images taken by Marry Lynch Photography are the intellectual property of the company and/or the photographer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Client Usage Rights: Clients may use purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.
• Attribution: We appreciate when you credit us by name when sharing images publicly, though this is not a requirement unless otherwise stated in your contract.
• Alterations: Modifying, editing, or adapting our images without our permission is prohibited, as it may impact the quality and integrity of our work.

• Information Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate information on our website and through direct communication; however, we are not liable for any unintentional errors or omissions.
• Website Downtime: While we aim to keep our website functional, we are not responsible for any temporary outages or interruptions.
• Liability for Damages: We take great care with our equipment and your images. However, in cases of equipment malfunction, damage, or loss, our liability is limited to rescheduling services or refunding the session cost.

We ask that you, your guests, and other participants treat our team respectfully. Marry Lynch Photography reserves the right to refuse service to clients engaging in:

• Unlawful Activity: We do not allow our services to be used for illegal or inappropriate activities.
• Hate Speech or Bullying: Discriminatory language, bullying, or other abusive behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Promotions and Spam: Any attempt to use our platform, social media, or other channels for unsolicited promotions, spam, or third-party advertising is prohibited.
